21 Day C02 Tolerance Challenge
This isn’t just about holding your breath, it’s about recalibrating your body’s internal alarm system to unlock peak physical and mental performance.
Most people believe the urge to breathe is caused by a lack of oxygen. In reality, it is triggered by your brain's sensitivity to rising carbon dioxide levels. By increasing your C02 tolerance, you fundamentally change how your body manages stress and energy.

Imagine you lying still in the water facing down breathing slowly in and out through your snorkel. Light from the sun makes a spectacular scene in the crystal blue water and the waves make you relaxed. You close your eyes and feel an inner calm spread inside your body.
A few minutes later you take a final deep breath and dive into the depth of the blue ocean. The silence is stunning, the feel of weightlessness makes your body even more relaxed. You feel your heart in a way you have never done before and your heart rate keeps beating slower and slower for each heartbeat.
You are now in one of the few places on earth where you can feel total inner peace.
Home again after a fantastic freediving week in Dahab and the Blue Hole. 17 members of Active Divers traveled to Dahab on the 26/10 to participate in a 6 day training week and it turned out to be a very successful week for all of us. With a lot of new knowledge and many new PB’s we all got home with a big smile on our faces :)

No. Beginners are welcome. My courses start from the basics: breathing, relaxation, and safety. Whether you want to explore the ocean on one breath or improve your technique, we progress at your pace.
AIDA is the international federation for freediving. As an AIDA instructor and judge, I follow their standards for training and competition. That means your certification is recognized worldwide and competitions I judge follow consistent, fair rules.
Yes. The online course focuses on breath-hold technique, equalization theory, and dry training you can do at home. It’s designed to build a strong foundation before or alongside time in the water. No pool or ocean is required to complete it.
Reach out via Signal (link in the Contact section). Send the event name, dates, and whether you need a safety freediver or an AIDA judge. I’ll confirm availability and details as soon as I can.
It depends on the program. The online breath & mind course is a 4-week structured program you can do at home. In-water courses usually run over a few days. Get in touch and I’ll suggest what fits your goals and schedule.
